Who Are Undocumented Migrants?
Undocumented migrants, also called illegal immigrants, are individuals living in a country without proper legal permission. Undocumented Migrants fall into the below categories:

Individuals who entered the UK legally but have stayed beyond the expiration of their visa or permission.

Those who entered the UK without the required legal documentation or authorization.
